Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service use learnPro™ throughout the service for retained and wholetime personnel. One of the key savings they have made is on their BA refresher training. Crews used to come in for two days (one day classroom and one day practical) and now only come in for the practical session. They use learnPro™ to let their Crews do the online work as prior learning before booking onto the one day practical and they measure the knowledge through simple but effective assessments of each individual.
