learnPro™ develop effective and innovative educational learning materials. Our teaching model for online learning was derived from the development of techniques intended to motivate the learner and encourage retention of knowledge. Our Learning Management System comes with access to a range of exciting and interactive elearning content designed specifically for the Fire and Rescue Service.
Through close collaboration with experts in the field, our elearning modules have been created to provide the necessary knowledge and understanding on each subject area in line with the National Occupational Standards and the IPDS.
For the Firefighter Development Programme (FFDP) and Crew and Watch Development Programme we have a complete range of modules designed to support and enhance delivery of development activities through instructor-led and individual learning. Recordable assessments provide a certificate of evidence for PDRs. Modules provide full coverage across all Generic Risk Assessments.
