A simple login provides an intuitive layout for a learner to access their programme of learning based on workforce development planning. Learners can access:

• e-learning modules, designed to underpin knowledge and understanding
• e-development modules, forming the Firefighter Development Programme
• standalone assessments
• development programmes bespoke to them

Learner Profile:

Learners have control over their own learning profile with the ability to manage their portfolio of evidence, generate a printable certificate of achievement and update their personal details and password.

Manage your Learners:

learnPro™ contains a comprehensive User Manager with various access levels to allow you to manage all aspects of individual and group learning:

• View all users within a specific location
• View any user's profile and see their assessment attempts and results
• Assign modules or programmes of learning to users by location or role using the advanced filter and bulk assign tool
• Edit user details and reset user passwords

Resource Library:

The Resource Library is a powerful document management system which allows the learning and development team to upload resources including images, videos, word documents, pdfs and PowerPoints. Links to resources on an intranet or any other website accessible to the user can also be added. You can create Service specific areas of content aligned to development programmes, local policies and procedures and a powerful search facility exists for users.
