Help desk The most common query we get is forgotten passwords and unsuccessful logon’s, with our online and telephone help desk services if your system administrator is not available we can sort this out for you |

System Training We empower your administrators by training them how to use learnPro, if they can't resolve the issue they can call us and speak directly with your account manager who 90% of the time will be able to sort the problem then and there over the phone. |

User Groups We are constantly developing our system so that it reflects your needs, to do this we listen to you and what you want to be able to achieve using learnPro. By having a user group every 6months we let you know what developments we have made to help you in your role and discuss what to develop next |
