learnPro has spent time working with subject matter experts when creating our Social Care and Health modules we worked closely with NHS Scotland who now use these courses as part of their induction process.
Many of our courses are aligned to both KSF and National Occupational Standards and have also been designed with the workplace assessment process in mind for those working towards an S/NVQ. Online content can be aligned to individual learning pathways and knowledge frameworks as required.

Coupled with the ability to report on when training was undertaken, individual’s assessment achievements giving you the ability to know what training has been successfully undertaken by the individual.

We also understand that sometimes educational institutions and training departments are unable to realistically resource training because of restrictions on both individuals and trainer’s time, class room availability and the cost to the organisation of individuals attend face to face training. E-learning allows individuals to undertake training in a flexible manner that suits their working day and week, reducing the cost of learning while ensuring workforces meet training requirements.
