Platform to deliver elearning:

A simple login provides an intuitive layout for a learner to access their programme of learning based on workforce development planning. Learners can access:

• CPD modules to support professional development e.g. clinical, management, IT modules, ECDL.

• Statutory / mandatory modules for induction programmes e.g Child Protection, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Carer’s Information and Manual Handling.

• Development programmes bespoke to them

Learner Profile:

Learners have control over their own learning profile with the ability to manage their portfolio of evidence, generate a printable certificate of achievement and update their personal details and password.

Manage your Learners:

learnPro™ contains a comprehensive User Manager with various access levels to allow you to manage all aspects of individual and group learning:

• View all users within a specific location
• View any user's profile and see their assessment attempts and results
• Assign modules or programmes of learning to users by location or role
• Edit user details and reset user passwords
• Revalidation of learning can be managed. Lists of learners can be generated per area and/or per topic to help ensure currency of staff's training.

Resource Library:

The Resource Library is a powerful document management system which allows the learning and development team to upload resources including images, videos, word documents, pdfs and PowerPoints. Links to resources on an intranet or any other website accessible to the user can also be added. You can create Service specific areas of content aligned to development programmes, local policies and procedures and a powerful search facility exists for users.
