The learnPro Community Learning Content Management System, (LCMS) aims to seamlessly provide access to elearning courses created by the NHS, Councils and Fire & Rescue Services to other specialist groups and organisations such as Care Homes, Charities, Education Providers and other small organisations within the community across Scotland. The system allows you to create, deliver, track, assess, record and report on all work-based development programme activity.

In addition, any other organisations who come into contact with the public sector and who would like to share their content, as well as small organisations who would benefit from using elearning for to reduce the costs of training for their staff are welcome to join the learnPro Community. As well as subscriptions from smaller organisations, the Community site is also an ideal place for NHS Boards, local Councils, or Fire and Rescue Services, to purchase access and provide content for those they work with in the community.
What is Available?
Small organisations who purchase a license to join the learnPro Community can benefit from the ability to share learning material created by Subject Matter Experts across the public sector. Material ranges core /statutory/mandatory material such as from Equality & Diversity, Adult Protection, Child Protection and Health and Safety to more specialised material such as Falls Awareness and Understanding & Supporting the Carer.
learnPro also provide Management and Business Skills modules for those in supervisory or managerial roles, such as Problem Solving & Decision Making, Report Writing and Presentation Skills. Alternatively, local Health Boards, Councils and Fire & Rescue Services may purchase a license in order to provide their material to those in the community who they work closely with. This will allow these organisations to ensure organisations have access to locally created material.
